This Privacy Policy explains how MW Publications (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use Loving Lions at lovinglionsbook.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information. Your email address and authentication credentials when you create an account.
• Subscription and payment information. When you subscribe, payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your subscription status and limited billing details (such as plan and renewal date). We do not store your full card number — Stripe handles card data directly.
• Reading and usage data. Content you create in the Service, such as bookmarks, notes, and reading progress.
• Contact submissions. Information you provide through our contact form (name, email, phone, and message).
• AI chat content. If you use the premium AI assistant, your messages are processed by ElevenLabs to generate responses (see “AI chat” below).
• Technical data. Limited technical information needed to operate and secure the Service. For spam protection we briefly process your IP address in memory; we do not store it with your contact submissions.

Insurance verification

Our insurance verification page does not collect, transmit, or store any of the information you enter. The form runs entirely in your browser: when you choose to send it, your details are placed into a new message in your own email application and sent from your email account directly to East Point Behavioral Health. We never receive, process, or retain that information, and it does not pass through Resend or any other service we control. Once the message leaves your email app, its handling is governed by your email provider and by East Point Behavioral Health’s own privacy practices.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To create and manage your account and subscription.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password resets, and replies to your inquiries).
• To respond to contact requests and provide support.
• To protect the Service against fraud, abuse, and spam.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

We share information with trusted third parties only as needed to operate the Service. These providers process data on our behalf:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Stripe — subscription payments and billing.
• Resend — delivery of transactional and notification emails.
• ElevenLabs — the premium AI chat assistant.
• Vercel — application hosting and delivery.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

AI chat

The premium AI assistant is powered by ElevenLabs ConvAI. Conversations are processed by ElevenLabs to generate responses and are subject to ElevenLabs’ own terms and privacy policy. Please do not share sensitive personal, medical, or financial information in the chat. The assistant provides educational information only and is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, or crisis care.

Data retention

We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active. Contact-form submissions are retained so we can respond and keep records of correspondence. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described below; some information may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to request a copy of it. You can update much of your information from your account, and you may contact us at legal@lovinglionsbook.com to exercise these rights. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls through our providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Service is intended for adults (18 and older) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
