Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Loving Lions at lovinglionsbook.com (the “Service”), operated by MW Publications (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Free and premium content

Chapters 1–10 of the book and the Educational Hub are available at no charge. The remaining chapters, audio narration, the reading companion (bookmarks, notes, and progress), and the AI assistant are premium features that require an active subscription. We may change which features are free or premium over time.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• Subscriptions are offered at $4.99/month or $49.99/year and are billed through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your account billing portal. When you cancel, your premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.
• We may change subscription pricing; we will provide notice before a change applies to your renewal.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share premium content or your account access.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the book content or data in bulk.
• Use the Service to violate any law or infringe others’ rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or attempt to bypass access controls.

6. Intellectual property

The book Loving Lions, the educational scenarios, and all related content are owned by MW Publications and protected by copyright and other laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for your own use. It does not transfer any ownership rights.

7. AI assistant

The premium AI assistant is powered by ElevenLabs ConvAI and provides educational information based on Loving Lions methodology. It is not professional medical, mental-health, legal, or crisis advice, and it may produce inaccurate or incomplete responses. Do not rely on it for emergencies. Your use is also subject to ElevenLabs’ terms.

8. Not professional advice; emergencies

The Service is educational and is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified professionals. 9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MW Publications and East Point Behavioral Health will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service or reliance on its content, including decisions made based on AI responses. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MW Publications from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Massachusetts.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
