A child is born, and with it, so are the hopes and dreams of the parents. There is something intoxicating about envisioning all of the amazing possibilities and wonderful opportunities that are available to our children. Maybe they will choose to be an artist, or a doctor, or they could even become President! With the right support, guidance, resources, and education, the options are limitless! Right?
We all have hopes and plans for our children, and they begin to evolve based on their interests as they develop and eventually become young adults. As they do, they will gradually transition to an independent lifestyle, and someday create a family of their own.
